PC When using the Vigor Tester, clicking on the up/down arrows to increase or decrease a statistic, or the left/right arrows to shift between statistics, may not work. New Vegas has plot holes, some questionable writing and tons of more or less obscure reference. The Vit-o-matic Vigor Tester was designed by Eric Fenstermaker. Played and beat NV once, after that I decided to mod it with a lot of mods, I dont think I deleted the mods properly or something, I went to fallout. The Vit-o-matic Vigor Tester appears only in Fallout: New Vegas. SPECIAL according to the Vit-o-Matic Rank
The SPECIAL system (which stands for Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck) is your base statistical foundation. The Player uses it at the beginning of the game, during the quest Ain't That a Kick in the Head, to choose your SPECIAL stats. The Vit-o-matic Vigor Tester will introduce you to something that will be familiar to you if you played Fallout 3.
